2026 Mid-Winter Legislative Conference Event

Winona Alderman Ward 4 Charles Harris with State Representative Karl Oliver is attending the 2026 Mid-Winter Legislative Conference being held January 13th-15th at the Westin Jackson in Jackson, MS.

Alderman Harris was elected to his first term of office in June of 2021. He is currently serving his second term of office as Alderman Ward 4, as well as, second term as Mayor Pro Tempro.
