Alternate Routes may be Necessary

The citizens of Winona are being asked to be considerate of the large trucks that will be in the area picking up debris. Please find an alternate route if one of these debris trucks are in the road blocking traffic. If no alternate route is available, it could be up to a 30 minute wait before they can relocate.
