Introducing Winona's new Animal Enforcement and Code Enforcement Officer

The City of Winona recently hired Amber Ware as the new Animal Enforcement and Code Enforcement Officer. She was hired at the February 17th Board Meeting and she officially started the job on March 2nd, 2026.
