We're getting ready for Christmas 2025 in Winona! At Mayor Jerry Flowers direction, the City of Winona is once again decorating at 82 and Middleton Road. This is a welcome return for Winona as it hasn't been done in the last 4 years.
Historically the City of Winona had always cut a Christmas tree down and put it on Highway 82 and Middleton intersection. It's great to see this tradition return to our community this year thanks to Mayor Flowers.
A special thanks to Tommy “Bun” Garrett that owns the property and has allowed the City of Winona to decorate.
